The Truth about Reality Shows
I am so grateful that we agreed to do Flip That House.
However, if you’re thinking about trying out for a reality show, here are some points to ponder.
- The producers want a story and not you.
- You might spend extra money even if you get donations to be on the show.
- The film crew takes hundreds of hours of footage and cuts, hacks, and cuts.
- The story is not what you think it is.
- It’s true, you will look fatter than fat.
- Your grandchildren will have fun laughing.
If we had not done the show, we would not have my husband on film. Thank you to the producers of Flip That House. They edited the show and made hard decisions about what to keep. The show is about our family and not about the loving artists who rescued me. If you want the truth about our flip, read the book.
